Our offer includes a wide range of standard and specialized sealing solutions, including:
O-rings - classic, universal circular cross-section seals, available in hundreds of sizes and hardness levels, ideal for static and dynamic sealing across a wide range of media and temperatures.
U-cup seals (U1, U2, U6, UN, V) (U1, U2, U6, UN, V) - lip seals designed primarily for reciprocating motion in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders; symmetrical and asymmetrical, resistant to high pressures (up to 16-40 MPa depending on type) and dynamic loads.
Rectangular cross-section seals type OP - used in hydraulic systems for static and dynamic sealing, ensuring high tightness with large contact surfaces.
OX seals - specialized profiles for sealing in reciprocating or rotary motion, often used in non-standard machine assemblies.
Custom seals and gaskets (designated in SSR as type B) - manufactured individually according to customer drawings, samples, or specifications; covering any shapes, cross- sections, and configurations - from prototypes to small and medium production runs.
Other rubber products - custom-molded elements such as flat gaskets, membranes, washers, vibration-damping components, and specialized parts for food contact (FDA compounds).
Thanks to proprietary material formulations, modern production methods, and many years of engineering experience, the company is among the leaders in specialized sealing solutions, including those used in chimney systems and technical installations. Seal Silicon Rings products are made from high-quality components, ensuring resistance to temperature, chemicals, and harsh operating conditions. For the production of chimney seals, the company has implemented Factory Production Control compliant with the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2025, regulating the production processes of chimney seals in accordance with the standard: PN- EN 14241-1:2013 Chimneys - Elastomeric seals and sealing materials - Material requirements and test methods - Part 1: Seals for flue liners.

High production flexibility - we are not limited to large-scale mass production. Thanks to advanced technical facilities, including our own design office, injection mold design and manufacturing, and precise CNC machining, we are able to quickly and efficiently deliver:
- prototypes and pilot products,
- orders for individual, non-standard solutions.
For each such project, we prepare complete technical documentation - manufacturing drawings, material specifications, strength calculations, and other necessary materials. Additionally, we provide professional sealing design services - from consulting on material and construction selection, through optimization for operating conditions (pressure, temperature, medium, speed), to full implementation of a new product.
We have access to a wide raw material base (NBR, EPDM, VMQ/silicone, FKM, HNBR, CR, FVMQ, and many special compounds, including those approved for contact with food and drinking water), allowing us to meet even the most demanding applications.
